Service Description
We have developed a unique process to produce bioactive glass nanoparticles (nBG). The main properties of nBG are: - Ability to form hydroxyapatite equivalent to that constitutes the mineral component of our teeth and bones. - Capacity to stimulate the cells to differentiate into bone forming cells, which promotes the formation of new bone tissue. - Faster and higher quality of bone and tooth repair as compared to traditional microsized BG. Based on these properties, nBG is an attractive nanoparticle that can be used for different research and industrial proposes: Research focused on novel biomaterials for bone tissue regeneration applications. Research focused on finding new tooth repair alternatives. Development of innovative products for treating bone tissue defects, improving implant osseointegration, and advanced tissue engineering applications. Development of innovative products with enamel and dentine repair, tooth desensitizer, and advanced mineralizing nanotechnology. The properties of nBG are strongly supported with scientific evidence through numerous studies carried out for more than ten years by our research team (SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE) - Alternative bioactive nanobioaceramics. Nanobioactives also produce nanohydroxyapatites, nanozeolites, and hybrid nanoparticles with tunned elemental compositions for different bone and dental requirements.
